AIRPORT.

THE AVENUE CASCADES, ACCRA.

A client of ours owns a site extending to circa 2 acres in Ridge and is proposing to develop a mixed office and retail building. The project has been conceptualised and we are presently structuring the development to attract an equity partner.

 

THE ARBOR, KUMASI.

This is a proposed development of 16 apartments in Kumasi. The completed development will comprise a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with recreation center. The project is at the design stage.

 

ECOTOWERS

The development of a 14 - storey class “A” office property along the Independence Avenue, Accra comprising of about 30,000 square meters of  office space. A Development Agreement between the development partners has been signed and the project is at the design stage at the moment.

 

TEYFIELD COURT, AIRPORT RESIDENTIAL AREA, ACCRA.

This is the development of 8 town houses.  The design has been completed, a feasibility completed and Planning Permission obtained. Development finance is being finalized at the moment.

LAWSON PLACE, WHITE AVENUE, AIRPORT.

This is the refurbishment of a 5 – storey office building with a total area of 2,500 square meters.  The property has been re-modeled, feasibility completed and funding is in place. Refurbishment work to be started late 2010 and a corporate occupier already secured.

 

 

MIXED DEVELOPMENT, CANTONMENTS, ACCRA.

This is a mixed office and conference centre development at Cantonments with 2,500 square meters of office space and a 500 Seater Capacity Conference Centre. The project is at the design stage at the moment. Project appraisal is being done.
